SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping destinations

Tiishirtii currently ships to addresses within Australia only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is currently $11 AUD unless a different amount is displayed at checkout. The complete shipping charge will be shown before payment.

Estimated delivery

Most orders are expected to arrive within 5–14 business days after the order is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Because our products are made to order, delivery estimates include production and shipping time. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions or delivery to regional and remote areas.

Separate packages

Products may be produced at different fulfilment locations. If an order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. Some shipping services may provide limited tracking updates.

Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@tiishirtii.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, or it arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@tiishirtii.com with your order number. We will investigate the matter with the fulfilment provider or delivery carrier
